Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

In Trouble Info, the Calls and Customer views both have a column labeled "Critical" which shows either STD, EMR, etc.  However, they are referencing different datastore values:

Customers View using DS_TROUBLE_INFO_CUSTOMER: <Column name="#PRIORITY" definition="#PRIORITY%{0}|||CUSTOMER_TYPE"/>

Calls view using DS_TROUBLE_INFO_CALLS: <Column name="#customer_type" definition="#customer_type%{0}|||CUSTOMER_TYPE"/>
*For information on Calculated Fields see the NMS Configuration Guide for your release.

You can see they both use CUSTOMER_TYPE to map to the same EMR, MED values etc.

What is the underlying source of the two different datastore fields (PRIORITY vs CUSTOMER_TYPE)?
