Goal
Need to understand the specific 11.2.0.4 bug/issue that yielded the recommendation to revert to the 11.2.0.3 optimizer.
The real-time rating performance is 10% improved using the 11.2.0.4 optimizer,also 11.2.0.4 is the current production version.
Interested to know how to work around the 11.2.0.4 optimizer issue for billing, a patch or a work around to allow to continue 11.2.0.4.
