OSM Orders Lost During Database Service Interruption (Doc ID 1950396.1)

Symptoms

The customer environment database ran out of database space.  CreateOrder requests continued to be sent to OSM COM/SOM.  Orders were not created.  There was no indication to CRM system that a problem had occurred.

 Apply Weblogic patch 12977335 to WLS 10.3.5 and 10.3.6
 Create a new AIA Create Order Response Queue
 Modify the AIA to OSM SAF Context
 Create a new SAF Queue in the O2A_SAFImportedDestinations (COM and SOM domains)
 Create/Modify  Order Creator
