Problem Summary
Placing a Field Activity on hold in CCB is not reflected in MWM

Problem Description
A recent patch (<Patch 19264755>: FA HOLD SUPPORT AND POSTAL CODE IN APPOINTMENT BOOKING REQUEST FOR MWM) was provided to support putting an FA on hold if the user selects HOLD from CCB - - the FA in MWM would then be reflected as HELD. We have tested this in our CCB/FWPIP/MWM environment and found that it does place the FA on old due to an error in MWM.
