Placing a Field Activity on hold in CCB is not reflected in MWM

Problem Description

A recent patch (Patch 19264755: FA HOLD SUPPORT AND POSTAL CODE IN APPOINTMENT BOOKING REQUEST FOR MWM) was provided to support putting an FA on hold if the user selects HOLD from CCB - - the FA in MWM would then be reflected as HELD. We have tested this in our CCB/FWPIP/MWM environment and found that it does place the FA on old due to an error in MWM.

The error we receive shows the following:

Call Sequence:
Program Name: ServiceBeanSessionHelper$1$1
Text: Input request field Status Request State has an invalid value. Invalid Lookup value HELD. Valid value are for field M1_STATUS_REQ_STATE_FLG (e.g. M1OH …).
