Messages From ''createOrderByValueResponse" Are Stuck In SRT.ResponseQueue

We have 38 K "OSS_EVENT_TYPE - sa:createOrderByValueResponse" messages in the queue and these messages are not being consumed or expired in SRT.ResponseQueue.
