Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When exporting to Primavera XML from the P6 Pro client, the file is created with 0kb and no data. The log shows no data.
Importing XML files also fails with no errors in the log.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The export (or import) should completed successfully.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Go to Projects view
- Open a project
- File>Export
- Choose Primavera XML
- Export fails
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot export any projects to Primavera XML format.
