Users Cannot See the DEFQ 'Data Entry' Menu Item in OFSAA Infrastructure After Upgrade (Doc ID 1953756.1)

After upgrading from Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Infrastructure, users can no longer see the Data Entry Forms and Queries > Data Entry menu item on the left side of the screen.  Instead, there is nothing listed in the screen.

Before upgrading, these users had access to the Data Entry screen.  After the upgrade, the link is missing.

The users only have the 'Defi User' function (DEFUSR) assigned to them if you run the following query in the "config" schema:

select a.v_usr_id, c.v_function_code, d.v_function_name
from CSSMS_USR_GROUP_MAP a, CSSMS_GROUP_ROLE_MAP b, CSSMS_ROLE_FUNCTION_MAP c, CSSMS_FUNCTION_MAST d
where a.v_group_code = b.v_group_code and b.v_role_code = c.v_role_code
and c.v_function_code = d.v_function_code
and a.v_usr_id = '<user>';
