This document details additional settings that can be applied to resolve intermittent connection problems which may occur when OPPM is connected to an Oracle RAC environment that is prone to instability.
Database/Application connectivity instability with frequent occurrences of the following errors:
"ORA-25408 cannot safely replay call"
"ORA-25402: transaction must roll back"
"ORA-24776: cannot start a new transaction"
