Symptoms
In BSP 6.1, after changing the password, the configuration page shows error "Exception Occured. Please Refer the log file", from the bsplog.log file there is error message below:

Connection Error in getConnection: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to Master Maintenance-->Assumption Forms--> Click on Configuration
