Goal
CMT Patch 19770630 is returning exception and following errors on parallel run of pin_cmt from three different instances, for separate files, why?
Steps to reproduce:
------------------
1. Open three separate sessions of putty.
2. Launch two separate putty sessions for Consumer Accounts to load data files(file sizes 3000 records), at the same time launch one more putty sessions for the Business accounts load.
Eg:
pin_cmt -import -file input_fil1.xml staging_id
pin_cmt -import -file input_fil2.xml staging_id
pin_cmt -import -file input_fil3.xml staging_id
