Getting ""There was a problem trying to retrieve the report!" Error When Executing US FDA MedWatch 3500A Report (Doc ID 1958301.1)

Symptoms

Getting the following error when trying to execute the "US FDA MedWatch 3500A" report for the users that do not have access to CIOMS-II Line Listing Report

There was a problem trying to retrieve the report!
Please contact your system Administrator!


Steps to Repeat:
1. Log in to Insight as a user that does not have access to CIOMS-II Line Listing Report
2. Go to Reports> standard Reports> General
3. Select "US FDA MedWatch 3500A" and click on Execute.
4. Observe that it displays the following error message:

There was a problem trying to retrieve the report!
Please contact your system Administrator!
