Symptoms

When configuring Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) in Messaging Server 7u4 or later, the file <msg-svr-root>/examples/rbac/RtSJSMessagingServer.html does not seem to exist, which is supposed to be copied to the /usr/lib/help/profiles/locale/C directory.
