Recognition Rule Not Picking The New XQuery Even After Changing The Relevancy

When having multiple versions of cartridges deployed and there is a change made to Order Data Rule xquery to populate more fields and it is not getting reflected even after increasing the relevancy of Recognition Rule and the cartridge version.
