OCA Client is not connecting when failing  over from active to passive node when using Veritas Cluster (VCS) High Availability (HA) Agents. The following error messages appeared in the OCA client and WebLogic log file respectively:

In the OCA client: , interface file etc. are same,  as both active and passive are mounted file system.
