Symptoms

CCG (Oracle Configuration Controls Governor) is configured with EBS (E-Business Suite) R12 instance ( version 12.2.x or higher). Configure Agent and Configure CCG jobs both succeed.

However, while running Snapshot against the new ERP instance, it fails with the following error.

ERROR:

Creating Function On Target: tick_f_0000000400031538

Snapshot ended in error.
ORA-06575: Package or function TICK_F_0000000400031538 is in an invalid state
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQL", line 1199
Snapshot ended in error.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Configure EBS 12.2.x with CCG.

2. Log in to applications, navigate to Workbench --> CCG --> Create New Defintion.

3. Create a new Snapshot against the R12.2.x ERP instance.

4. Save.

5. Run the Snapshot.

Changes

Upgrade EBS from 11i to R12.
