Appointment schedulers are crashing.  We do not reliably receive responses for all Appointment Booking Requests (ABRs). Some requests will give output with the available slots but, as testing continues, the same request is not being retrieved from the Java Messaging Services (JMS) queue and responds with: “Appointment request time out”.
