STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Connect to the servlet directly with a web browser (firefox)
url : http://10.1.2.10:80/rest/

Indexing and Search Service for Oracle Communications Unified Communications Suite RESTful Search Web Service is based on the OpenSearch 1.1 specification and provides RSS 2.0, Atom 1.0 or JSON format output.
This interface is used by Messaging Server when it redirects IMAP SEARCH requests to ISS, and by the ISS Search UI.

The example searches below are configured to return 100 results. To change, set the c (count) parameter (c=100) in the URL to another value.
Mail server (hostname parameter) to use for the searches below:

  All attachments (small thumbnails). Output formats: RSS | Atom | JSON
  All JPEG attachments (small thumbnails) Output formats: RSS | ATOM | JSON


3. Try to launch any link.  For example, all JPEG attachements in JSON give:

500 Internal Server Error: Account user.name@domain.co.uk@mailhost1.domain.com search disabled via configuration parameter.
