Messaging Server Stored Process And IMAP Process Continues To Crash After Server Failover (Doc ID 1968213.1)

Symptoms

After the Messaging Server system crashed and and Messaging Server was started up on another system, stored and imapd could not start - they repeatedly crashed during startup.

About stored, the default log showed DB PANIC errors:

 

Changes

The operating system crashed do to a motherboard fault.
