When using custom role to enter discrepancy Database.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a custom role, RXC_VALIDATIONS

2. Grant a user, <OPS$USER>, the custom role, such that dba_role_privs are:
CONNECT, DTK_ADMIN, OCL_ACCESS, RESOURCE, RXCLIN_MOD, RXCLIN_READ, RXC_ANY
and RXC_VALIDATIONS
SQL> Grant RXC_VALIDATIONS to <OPS$USER>;
Note: User does not have RXC_SUPER and must have DTK_ADMIN

4. Assign role to modules:
Developers Toolkit - Maintain Menu Modules
5. Click on Module ID for the OCL Application
6. Click on Menu Entries
7. Click on OCL_CONDUCT,
8. Click on Menu Entries
9. Click on OCL_DATA_VALIDATION,
10. Click on Menu Entries
11. Add RXC_VALIDATIONS custom role to each module except RXCBVESP
This is done by Clicking the Roles button and adding the role
12. Execute Single Procedure by clicking on Roles button for each module separately and selecting the custom role
13. It is necessary to log completely out of OC and then log in again as the same user, <OPS$USER>
14. Attempt to enter the Discrepancy Database with newly defined menu role:
OC 4.0.3 - Conduct - Data Validation - Discrepancy Database
15. Select a study.
16. Error appears:
FRM-41084: Error getting group cell.
17. Click OK.
