System architecture is standalone for Dev and Cluster for SIT and Production

The MDS gets corrupted when you trying to import a new cartridge containing a Service Configuration or add a new Service Configuration to an existing cartridge in any workspace that already has a cartridge containing some ilog files. Encountered this issues only with this combination - service configuration + ilog. Normally there's no issue when keeping these two in separate workspaces.

When trying to access the Service Configuration, the following error is raised by the studio :

java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to load metadata object/oracle/communications/inventory/ui/configuration/page/ConfigurationMaintainCharacteristics.jsff

This happens when studio workspace contains cartridges with ilog files and service configuration files.Then studio throws this java.lang.RuntimeException when trying to access the service configuration.

Note: -Observed this problem in DS 7.2.4 from the beginning
-Cartridge deployment is not an issue.
