Error 1101, 1412 Upon Updating BO Description with a 60 Character Portuguese Text (Doc ID 1981495.1)

Goal

When trying to update the BO Description (Portuguese) with the text “Regras de form do lançamento da declaração IVA fora do prazo” (max 60 chars), the following error occurs.

ERROR:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Admin Menu - B - Business Object and select a cm BO
2. Edit the Description field and enter the following value: “Regras de form do lançamento da declaração IVA fora do prazo”
3. Click Save
4. The error is raised.
