OBSERVATION
-----------------------
- BRM generates CollectionInfoChange business event with start and end times of when pin_collections_process is run, AIA picks up the collections actions with in these start and end time and publishes this to CRM.
- But, actions updated due to promise to pay in BRM do not get picked up in AIA as these are updated not by pin_collections_process but with a promise to pay call from CRM. These actions should be synced to CRM.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Collections actions updates due to promise to pay do not get synced to CRM.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
- When an account enters collections in BRM, all the actions created/scheduled are synced to CRM.
- Promise to pay request is raised from CRM.
- The pending collections actions are re-scheduled in BRM as expected and a new action, promise to pay is created.
- These collections actions which are re-scheduled in BRM do not get synced to CRM when this is expected to be done.
