On : 8.6.4 version, Business Objects

In Oracle Enterprise Transaction Controls Governor (ETCG), models and controls specify circumstances under which individual transactions display evidence of error, fraud, or other risk

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Receivable Invoice BO, graph synchronization date is getting applied to transaction type last update column resulting in some transaction missing from result set which were created after graph synchronization date with corresponding transaction types created before graph synchronization date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Graph synchronization date should not be applied to setup data.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure Graph date is set to 01-JAN-2014.
2. Create new TCG Model using filter as Receivable Invoice ID Is Not Blank.
3. Select few result columns.
4. Run Model level Synch.
5. Run the Model Analysis and review the result set.

BUSINESS IMPACT
