Goal

Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) Base extendable lookup D1-LogicalStatusLookup has fewer values after upgrade to 2.1.0.2 version including PENDING_PROCESING.

Also missing are BUSINESS_ERROR and CRITICAL_ERROR.
