Unable to log-on with MetaSolv Solution client. The application immediately crashes with an Error Number 2 after entering the User ID/Pass-word and clicking OK. Below is the complete text and image of the error message.

The problem cannot be consistently recreated, but the behavior is related to a user conducting SQL Spy activity.
Due to this issue, the user cannot log-on to the application.
