Unable to logon with MetaSolv Solution client. The application immediately crashes with an Error Number 2 after entering the User ID/Password and clicking OK. Below is the complete text and image of the error message.

Steps

The problem cannot be consistently recreated, but the behavior is related to a user conducting SQL Spy activity.


Business Impact

Due to this issue, the user cannot logon to the application.
