View for Asset Downtime Summary is not Correct via WAM application (Doc ID 1986001.1)

Symptoms


There are 2 issues with the View for Asset Downtime Summary (SV_WORK_ORDER_ASSET_FAILURE):

1. Records from the Asset Activity Log are being displayed twice - once with the Activity Log Record ID and once without.
2. Records related to Work Orders that have been moved to history are missing the following information:

  W.FAILURE_CODE,
  W.REPAIR_CODE,
  W.COMPONENT_CODE,
  W.PRIMARY_IND,
  W.ROOT_CAUSE,
  W.FAILURE_MODE,
  W.FURTHER_ACTION,
  W.FURTHER_ACTION_REQUIRED_DATE,
  W.WORK_REQUEST_NO,
  W.FURTHER_ACTION_DESC


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

ISSUE 1:

1. Open the Asset Activity Log Module (Resource->Asset Activity Log)
2. Create an Activity Log Record with Downtime data
3. Pull up the asset Id that the activity log record was created for
4. Select the Asset Downtime Summary View
5. Asset Activity Log record is displayed twice - once with Activity Log Record ID and once without

ISSUE 2:

1. Create a Work Order against an asset id and activate it
2. Finish Task 1. In the Wizard, enter Asset Downtime and Failure Data
3. Pull up the asset Id that the work order was created against
4. Select the Asset Downtime Summary View
5. Work Order data is displayed. Note all the fields which are populated.
6. Set the WO Aging BR options to zero days
7. Run ALL BATCH to finish the Work Order. Run it again so that the Work Order closes and goes to History
8. Check the Asset Downtime Summary View. Some of the previously populated values are not displayed
