Unable To View Messages When Calendar Is Set As The Default Service Window

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Using Convergence 3 some users are unable to view Messages when Calendar is set as their default service upon login.
For example, under Options -> Global -> General, a user changes their Convergence Startup option to open the Calendar tab and then signs out.
When they sign back in then click on the Messages tab, nothing loads, the screen is blank.
