On Argus Safety Transaction Server, the cache in the below path is not being cleared automatically.

<Disk>:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\Argus\Argus Safety\Cache

This is causing a significant performance issue where Bulk Report Transmit Email runs very slowly.
