This note describes the minimal set of configuration necessary for a simple Charging Control Services (CCS) service to be created.

Scope

This note is available for educational purposes, providing the necessary information to Oracle Network Charging and Control (NCC) Engineers to start configuring their first CCS service.

It is necessary that the system is already configured with the minimal configuration needed to create a simple Advanced Control Services (ACS) service.
