Symptoms

Under WAM v1.9.1.2 Linux platform
Getting error "403 Forbidden" when running a WAM reports with this report output page URL http://hostname:HTTP/repcache/reportoutput.pdf
the report output "reportoutput.pdf" gets created on the repcache folder
