MWM/ORS Performance Issues Due To No Available Connection From Universal Connection Pool

We are updating MWM/ORS from a host system using XAI inbound transactions (MaintainActivitiesByHost). The host system is integrated through a SOA layer.

This morning, we began seeing very poor performance within MWM/ORS. Usually all responses occur within 1-10 sec but, this morning some responses are taking more then 2+ minutes and some requests are timing out.

We do not encounter any errors in the browser and no changes were made in the environment.
