ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Stale connections in JCA and BRM

The user is using the BRM JCA Adapter to connect to Oracle BRM. When restarting, sometimes even when BRM is not re-started, there is stale connection on the WebLogic side.
The Oracle BRM JCA Adapter has been installed in a stand alone WebLogic server with no SOA Suite.
