Symptoms

Initial ETL is failing with an error after upgrading to Insight 7.0.5

Steps to Repeat:
1. Upgrade Argus Safety and Insight from 7.0.3 to 7.0.5
2. Run Initial ETL
3. Initial ETL is failing with an error when it is populating the data into staging schema
