Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Materials Requirements Plan.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

MRP does not plan for safety stock even when 'Plan Safety stock' is checked in the Plan Options
We can see safety stock shown in the horizontal plan.
But the projected available balance does not cover safety stock.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect MRP Plan to consider Item Safety Stock. The projected available balance should cover safety stock


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Manufacturing and Distribution Responsibility
2. Nav: Material Planning -> MRP -> Names -> Options
3. Enable the Plan Safety Stock option
4. Nav: Material Planning -> MRP -> Launch
    Run MRP Plan
5. Nav: Material Planning -> MRP -> Workbench
   View results in the MRP Workbench
