Portfolio Table User Defined Dimensions Missing in the Allocation UI (Doc ID 1996997.1)

Symptoms

On PFT the full list of user defined dimensions does not display if choosing the Portfolio Table.  Only the seeded dimensions are visible if choosing the Portfolio table.

 

The Web Server pftapp.log shows the folllowing error:

The missing columns can be seen if selecting any other Instrument table or Ledger Stat.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create Allocations - Type Dynamic Driver
- Driver Screen: set Portfolio Table.
- The Dynamic Driver data grid, only show the following dimensions:
Organizational Unit
General Ledger Account
Common Chart of Accounts
Product
Customer
Currency
