Goal

Users setup in Oracle MDM require access to the 'Send Negative Acknowledgement' button accessed via the Sync Request Inbound screen to be able to close off sync exceptions.

The current configuration for Inquire rights access does not allow them to use this button.

Need information on which application service to update, and what permissions to set (update, change, modify, etc) to allow users to access this button.

Closing open To Do generated by sync exceptions does not close the sync exception itself so they may continue re-trying in the background without users being aware.
