UIM Custom Attribute Not Populated Via UIM Web Service (Doc ID 2000241.1)

Symptoms

An issue is happening when trying to create a Service through UIM Web Service.
After define a custom attribute and submit a Capture interaction request, the same is not stored in the service.

Steps:

1- Create a custom Service and define a custom characteristic for it
2- Submit a CaptureInteraction WebService request with the custom characteristic defined in the request.
