Symptoms

When calling the WAM webservice (GIS_CREATE_SR), it fails with the following error message:

<faultcode>soapenv:Server.userException</faultcode>
<faultstring>java.rmi.RemoteException: Error while Checking for error returned from procedure SDBP_GIS_CREATE_SR. java.rmi.RemoteException: Error returned from procedure call. ; nested exception is:
       java.rmi.RemoteException: Error returned from procedure call.</faultstring>
