Goal

How to change date format in BPA edit data
User trying to use "xs:date" function but it's vain
User want to convert the existing date format of my output to 'YYYY-MM-DD'

User trying to pass date(format-'YYYY-MM-DD') through command

move "xs:date(CMBSBSEGST/results/bsesgStrtDate)" to "C1-RateApplication/main/consumptionPeriod/startDate"
