Goal

When finalizing an IMD, VEE logic is being bypassed if conditions for D1-HIGHQUALV algorithm is met, with regards to this, what is the actual purpose of D1-HIGHQUALV? What is the difference between the VEE High Low Check and the Tolerance Checking found in D1-HIGHQUALV.

To reproduce, create an IMD that will satisfy the conditions for D1-HIGHQUALV. Run D1-IMD Batch Process.
