UIM DS: Default Value Set in 'Data Value' Tab of Char is Wiped Off After DS Restart (Doc ID 2003182.1)

Symptoms

When default value for drop down characteristic is set in RFS , Default value set in `Data Value' tab for Characteristic is wiped off after Design Studio restart.

This is happening randomly for some attributes. If `Data Value' is not correct for the default, the value won't be set at run time.

All the characteristics are defined in a common model cartridge other than cartridge containing RFS specification.
