ETL Execution failing with 'ORA-01418: specified index does not exist' Error (Doc ID 2003628.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE CLARIFICATION
==================
On Oracle Healthcare Analytics Data Integration (OHADI) 3.0 version with Informatica,

when attempting to execute the wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_PATIENT_D workflow, it fails with the
following error included in s_HCD_HDM_PT_W_HCD_PATIENT_D_log:


ERROR

This error occurs each time when attempting to execute the ETL workflow, after its execution was previously manually canceled.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. From Informatica PowerCenter Workflow Manager connect to OHADI 3.0 repository;
2. Go to HCD_INITIAL_LOAD folder and execute the wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_PATIENT_D.
