Symptoms

After creating a user defined key dimension ALM_COA_ID, the dimension is missing from application preferences.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
New user defined dimension is missing from drop down list for Product dimension


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect new user defined dimension to be available as processing product dimension

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate Asset | Liability Management -> ALM Maintenance -> Application Preferences
2. Check Product Dimension drop down
3. Only seeded dimensions are available
