Goal
In the PDC installation document in multiple places it refers to use a user name “PDC Database User Name” that should be having privileges such as Create User, Grant Any Privilege, Select any table, Grant Any Role, Select Any Dictionary. Need clarify that this user is not the PDC schema/user that installation document refers. Very same thing for XREF user also.
