(Doc ID 2006029.1)
Last updated on JULY 13, 2023
Applies to:
Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety - Version 6.0.5 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
In Argus Safety, a periodic report has aggregate reports specified in the 'Include these summary tabulations / listings based on the set of cases presented in the line listing' section of the configuration.
A specific SOC, 'Congenital, Familial and genetic disorders':
- does NOT appear in the Case Data Analysis report section of the periodic report
- does appear in the CIOMS LL report section of the periodic report
Both periodic reports' main template configuration are the same.
Only the 'Include these summary tabulations / listings based on the set of cases presented in the line listing' and the Advanced Conditions are different.
In the CIOMS II Line listing report, the AC specifically includes cases with events under the SOC 'Congenital, familial and genetic disorders'.
Tested the CDA with the AC included in the CIOMS LL report, but still the SOC is not appearing in the CDA
