Details
Product Advisory: InForm Adapter Defect impacts Context Items delivery in Central Coding
When context items such as Route of Administration and Indication are entered or edited in InForm, the latest values are not being reflected in Central Coding in spite of a successful “Get Jobs” run.
This is found in release InForm Adapter 1.3.7, 1.3.7.1 and 1.3.7.2
Actions
The use of the 'Reset Bookmark' action in Central Coding as described in the Central Coding product documentation, followed by running “Get Jobs” will bring the latest context item values over to Central Coding.
Please refer to the section “Resetting the InForm Adapter bookmark” in the Central Coding User Guide for details on how to reset the bookmark in Central Coding.
Oracle Recommendation
Short term – The recommendation is to apply the above workaround until the InForm Adapter can be upgraded to a version that includes the fix.
Long term – Upgrade to InForm Adapter 1.3.7.3
