Symptoms

On Preventative Controls Governor (PCG) version 7.3.1:

PCG installation is a two part installation that consists of a database installation and a form installation. When attempting to install the forms portion of the installation the lafrminstall.sh script logs shows the following errors:

Statement ignored
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 0, column 0
Automatic recompile of Procedure Body LABR_EXECUTE_RULE failed


Compilation errors on EXECUTE_MENU:
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 218, column 13
Statement ignored


Compilation errors on DYNAMIC_SQL:
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 58, column 25
Statement ignored
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 59, column 25
Statement ignored
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 0, column 0
Automatic recompile of Procedure Body DYNAMIC_SQL failed


STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Install database portion of the PCG application by running dbinstall.sh

2. Run lafrminstall.sh to complete the form install of the application

3. Open install logs in the staging directory and see the logs have the errors mentioned above


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, the PCG application is inaccessible to the users.
