Symptoms
Changing a feeder color for a feeder is not updating the FEEDERS table with the changed color.
When processing a feeder in an mp file with just an updated color, the feeder's color is not being reflected in the Oracle Network Management System (NMS) map.
An update to the feeder color should be recorded in the FEEDERS table and reflected in the viewer after the map has completed building.
