Goal

Displayed value of fields (ex. Activity Identifier type) of drop-down list is sorted in the alphabetical order of values in description (of Activity Identifier type) in English. In Japanese character, number and alphabet comes first and Japanese characters followed. Based on what code defines the order of Japanese characters?
