Questions on the threadpoolworker stop process:

1) What are the issues /concerns when the Threadpoolworkers are stopped when the batches are running.
Due to the time taken for all threadpoolworker restarts especially during the critical usage loading process where time is of essence, we generally stop all TPWs.

2) Do you need to always truncate the F1-TSPACE_ENTRY table before all TPWs start back up?

3) We see that there are some sessions under INACTIVE for hours even after the batch job completes successfully and don't free until the Threadpoolworker restart. Wanted to understand if this is an expected behavior.
